ADGF is an independent institution and its day to day management is run by an Executive Director and reports to a Supervisory Board, which has three members: one member representing KfW Development Bank, one member representing the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development and an independent member nominated by both KfW Development Bank and theMinistry of Agriculture and Rural Development, who currently chairs the Board.
