In partnership with MACS, ADGF designed, developed and delivered training courses for PFIs in the RE/EE and awareness raising which were carried out in October 2019. These trainings were conducted by one local consultants (Mr. Agron Saliu) and, besides presentation and identification of eligible measures and projects, included awareness raising and promotion/marketing components like identification of eligible projects for existing clients, acquisition of new clients/projects, promotion of RE/EE financing etc.

MACS provided on-the-job training in eSave for the ADGF staff. This training was carried out in September 2019, in the premises of ADGF in Tirana. It was conducted by an international consultant and experienced eSave trainer (Ms. Valentina Matkovic).
MACS provided to ADGF eSave users the documentation, user guides and video tutorials for eSave and also will provide continuous support and helpdesk services throughout the contract period or until the full disbursement of funds. The support and helpdesk services will include, among other, administration of accounts, support in using eSave, replying to inquiries regarding eligibility of measures, identification of potential RE/EE projects etc.

In partnership with a leading agronomist and agribusiness lenders, ADGF designed, developed and delivered training courses to loan officers of banks and non-banking institutions in areas directly related to agricultural lending with topics ranging from financial analysis and underwriting to value chain analysis, gross margin analysis, agricultural project appraisal, dairy production, greenhouses, high tunnel vegetables, risk management, storage and monitoring, livestock elevation, etc. During 2016 and 2017, ADGF was proud to train 500+ loan officers and managers.
